Classic Lowcountry

Built for entertaining, with room to accommodate kids, grand-kids, and friends, this house has great outdoor living spaces, an inviting pool, and a beautiful kitchen. The house was designed around a fabulous live oak tree that curves over the front door.

Weather Resistant

This creek front is hot, humid, and prone to hurricanes, which requires special attention to the design and detailing of the building. Tied together from the roof rafters to the foundation with continuous “go-bolts” and structural ties, the home is designed to withstand 140-mph winds. The windows and doors are impact rated to protect from flying objects and all the finishes are securely fastened to the structure.

Connecting Views

The house was designed for all the rooms to have a spectacular view over Factory Creek to downtown Beaufort. The 10 foot tall windows make the sunset view even more dramatic.
