Coffin Point, St. Helena Island

The Coffin Point house is nearly complete, just some punch list items are left. Shadow & Wrigley, the dogs, are loving their new digs!

This house is fairly modest in size. The main house is about 2100 square feet and the room over the garage adds another 850 sf. The owners plan to enjoy their empty nest years running, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, gardening, reading and bird-watching. This cottage is a great launching pad for immersion in the gorgeous lowcountry scenery.

Shadow and Wrigley may not love baths, but their custom, elevated dog wash makes bath time more enjoyable!

Hilton Head Island

The Long Cove house is looking great. Currently, the Powell Brothers are working on installing tile, cabinets, interior trim. The cypress ceiling in the great room is so gorgeous! Using the same material for interior and exterior ceilings really makes a cohesive statement that we love! There is some really gorgeous tile in this house, we can’t wait to see it finished!!

They are also continuing exterior work, including the pool surround.
