Jane Frederick, FAIA, LEED AP
Managing Principal
Jane is dedicated to close collaboration, ensuring that every home meets its owners' highest aspirations. She gets clients so excited about their house. She’ll get personal quickly, but with very good reason. Her clients always say “the moment I walked in it felt like home.” To get there, she’ll want to know everything about day to day life, from work habits, cooking preferences, even where you like to drink your morning coffee. Building the trusted relationship required to draw out your goals, is her goal.
Her eye for curation is enviable. Whether starting from scratch or designing around an existing collection (or even a single cherished piece of furniture), Jane truly understands how to pull it all together. Because she takes the time to really get to know people, her inspired interiors bring every client’s personal style into focus.
She received her Bachelor of Architecture from Auburn University. Jane is a Fellow in the Aspen Global Leadership Network. In 2012, Jane became an American Institute of Architects (AIA) Fellow for her service to the profession. She was the 2020 President of The AIA and is a long time member. She currently she serves on the Beaufort County Zoning Board of Appeals.
