Seabrook, SC
The Riverfront Dogtrot was built around 2008. The owner lived in a nearby town and used the home as a weekend retreat. The family has since moved to Beaufort, and with full time occupation of the house, their needs changed. We designed a new primary bedroom suite, and the space that formally served as the primary bedroom will be a den, laundry room, and bath for the pool. We’re also adding a mudroom and renovating the kitchen. Here are our sketches and a look at of the start of construction.
Hilton Head Island
