Bluffton
The reverse board and batten siding is being installed on the Bluffton house. The colors for the exterior paint will be finalized after the samples are painted on a section of the house. Our perception of colors can change dramatically, so it is important to get an accurate representation before finalizing colors.
Fripp Island
This house on Fripp Island was built in the 1980’s- it’s a great beach house, but it’s dated, dark and due for a pick-me-up. The renovation is to the studs. We are adding doors and windows and replacing the existing doors and windows. This house is owned by the same family as the Beach House Uplift project, and it is right next door. The goal is to create a cohesive ‘compound’ for this large family. Here are a few ‘before’ and ‘during construction’ shots of the house.
